Removes esbuild from Reflection and leaves Rolldown — the compiler Möbius actually uses to build mini-apps — as the only bundler in play.
mobius-os/mobius#610 migrated mini-app compilation from esbuild to Rolldown and dropped esbuild from the shell's frontend. Anything here still reaching for esbuild was either testing against a compiler the platform no longer runs, or describing a build step that no longer happens that way.
