McpHttpClientAuthorizationErrorHandler also exposes request parameters #865

Follow up to #861 .

McpHttpClientAuthorizationErrorHandler should expose the request parameters in the handler, at least the request URI.

This is useful for validating the resource parameter we get from the Protected Resource Metadata document.
