Standardize input and output schema #886
Description
Currently (1.1.0) a MCP-Tool has different types for input schema and output schema.
The inputSchema is a JsonSchema,
whereas the outputScheem is a Map<String, Object>
I don't quite understand, why there should be a difference.

Hey @tim-schneider-elo - good point. We're feeling some pains related to this in #697 .
We'll investigate what we can do about this.

The right approach is to remove the JsonSchema in favor of Map<String, Object>. The reason is that the JSON Schema can not be mapped to a proper type without loosing json schema functionality.
