The streamable client was added and released in version 0.6.0.

Just checking, is this issue still active?
I left some comments on #235 which would help with integration testing for the non-streaming response.
I see other comments relating to incompatibility with ktor for the streaming approach. Has an issue been raised on the ktor project to address this?

Indeed, the server-side functionality is partially implemented, but further development is required before declaring it production-ready. We are also currently facing infrastructure challenges that are hindering our progress.
