server-stateless conformance: 7 remaining check failures after SEP-2575 foundation (18/25) #1004
Description
Follow-up to #869 (closed by #973/#995). The server-stateless scenario improved from 2/28 to 18/25 (+5 skipped) at main (2e2c791), but 7 checks still fail:

Three buckets:
- Capability declaration in discover — the conformance server's
get_info()-derived discover result does not match its handlers (prompts undeclared; tools/list served without advertising tools). May be a fixture issue, a defaultServerHandler::discoverissue, or both. pingat 2026-07-28 — SEP-2575 removesping; modern requests should get HTTP 404 / -32601 like the other removed methods already do.- Missing diagnostic fixtures — the scenario expects
test_missing_capability,test_streaming_elicitation, andtest_logging_tooltools in the conformance server (same pattern astest_custom_headeradded by feat(conformance): add SEP-2243 header validation tool #997).
