Merge #136 into develop: avoid blocking FUSE I/O during symlink reconciliation. Retargeted from main (follow-up to #133, which lives in develop); conflict resolved keeping both FUSE non-blocking guards and collision-safe versioning. Thanks @samtruman.
evaluateMountReadiness skipped the mountpoint check entirely when no mountinfo was available (any non-Linux platform), so any readable directory reported ready and the organizer would prune against a dead mount. Fall back to device-number comparison (stat dev vs parent dev) off-Linux; Linux mountinfo path unchanged.
