Where are the references to Evolution

What needs to be improved?

Remove all references to Evolution from the documentation sections, since this version of CMS is no longer supported in the distant past.

Maybe you should leave the links, but change them to Evolution CMS (fork) links (https://github.com/evolution-cms/evolution).

I'm fine with keeping some links (e.g. on the homepage, "Go here for Evolution") but the scope for the docs is primarily Revo.

Personally I am for complete removal. No one who has been working with MODX Revolution for a while is unknown to the difference, and on the other hand we don't want to bother new MODX users who with this confusion.
