Add static pages, MIT relicense, and CI workflow

• Relicense from AGPL to MIT and clean up legacy assets/code
• Add static content pages with routing, structured data, and PWA manifest

Changes

• Licensing: Replaced AGPL with MIT; updated README, AGENTS.md, package.json; removed SECURITY_AUDIT.md
• Site Pages: Added About, FAQ, Privacy, Terms, Community, Licenses, Supported DACs, and 404 pages with shared content-page base; added src/routes.ts, src/site.ts, and src/structured-data.ts
• Tooling: Added Prettier + ESLint configs, CI workflow, license sync script (scripts/sync-licenses.mjs), and pubspec/Cargo dependency lock files
• PWA/Security: Added webmanifest, app icons, security.txt, and 500 error page
• Cleanup: Removed unused Locker screenshots, legacy logos, and dead code across components
