Uses MenuHub 0.4.0 (protocol 4, shared with MXSwipe 0.3.3 and RetinaShot 1.5.1):

• An open menu that changes is updated in place, so it keeps its width instead of jumping on first open, and a changed row (like the mouse header after gestures come back on) is drawn rather than left blank.
• Each app's version shows in a faint capsule beside its Quit item in the combined menu.
