Add X API provider

Port from upstream CodexBar v0.74.1. Upstream plugin, descriptor, and plugin tests are the spec.

Behavior

• Reads console.x.com with browser cookies or a manual Cookie header: /api/me, then /api/accounts/<id>/credits.
• Cookie candidates follow upstream's loop; 401/403 moves to the next candidate.
• Section "Credits": Balance, Purchased credits, Free credits (USD). Login "Browser session".
• No cost block on the card (upstream menuCardStyle: .hidden).
• 401: "X API session expired. Sign in to console.x.com again." (verbatim).

The Mac v0.74.1 capture only reached the missing-credential state (its plugin runtime ignores config-file manual cookies), so success and 401 states are checked against upstream source.

• Added a local HTTP fixture for fetch: HTTP 400 with code 215 and HTTP 401 fall back to the next browser session, other HTTP 400 ends the fetch, and all-expired sessions report the session-expired error.

• Docs: Automatic mode uses a stored Cookie header on its own.
• Rust clippy was re-run after the fixture's let _ writes became .expect(...): clean.
• Frontend: 1106 Vitest tests passed; tsc and pnpm run build pass.
