Show usage for every saved Claude account in the tray - #910
Conversation
A 429 from the usage endpoint blocked every saved Claude account, so one account's limit hid the others. The gate now keys blocks and the last good response by account: the account id when known, otherwise a token fingerprint. Renewing one account's token keeps its block and its cache. Legacy single-slot gate files still load and are rewritten in the new format. The old global block is not attributed to any account. Refs #787
Concurrent account checks burst the usage endpoint. One task now walks the accounts in turn behind the shared permits. The task owns each credential renewal, so a UI that stops waiting cannot cancel a refresh-token rotation. Last-known per-account usage is saved with the secure file helpers so the tray can show it at launch. The file holds rendered percentages, reset times and sanitized error text only; credentials stay in the account store. Refs #787
Each saved Claude account row shows the session and weekly percentages from its last successful usage check. A row with no successful check recorded shows no percentage. The tray is rebuilt when a usage check publishes new results. Refs #787

Fixes #787.
Summary
Claude showed usage only for the active account. Codex showed every logged-in account. This brings Claude in line.
usage_gate.rs). A 429 on one saved Claude account no longer blocks usage checks for the others. Each account keeps its own back-off and cached result.commands/claude_usage.rs). Saved accounts are checked one after another, so they don't trigger rate limits together. The last good usage for each account is stored inaccount-usage-v1.json, so the tray still has numbers after a restart or a failed check. The file holds only percentages and reset times, never tokens.tray_accounts.rs,tray_bridge.rs). Each saved Claude account now shows Session and Weekly percentages in the tray, the same way Codex accounts do. A window whose reset time has passed is left out of the tray row instead of showing a stale number.Provider data stays siloed. These rows use only Claude account data.
