Vitality, legendary stat rolls with one free reroll, and !stats

• Vitality is a seventh stat: +4 max HP a level, up to +60. It works in quick duels and HP fights. Heals cap at the new max, and a flawless win needs all of it.
• A legendary pet now gives +1 to 4 different stats out of 7, rolled when it's bought. The Fighter tab offers one free reroll per pet, after a confirm. The new set is always different, and the reroll is refused during a challenge or duel. Legendaries bought before this change roll when the room starts.
• !stats [@name] shows the levels that count in duels, unspent points and the pet's boost. It also works while duels are paused.
• Two new presets, Tank and Bruiser, bring the list to 12.

Contracts. duel_started and the duel carry maxHp. Profile owned gains rolls and rerolled. The shop takes kind:"reroll", which answers 409 rerolled or in_duel, or 400 unknown_item. The SE route gains the stats action. Docs are updated in CONTRACTS, DUELS and STREAMER_SETUP.

Verified. bun run check passes with 391 unit tests. bun run test:ui passes at 1280 and 390.
