Add emoji picker to attachment upload dialog

Steps to reproduce

1. in compose message field, tap paperclip icon
2. select image from gallery
3. enter some text
4. tap on emoji-icon

Expected behaviour

emoji drawer opens and I can select and add an emoji

compose window closes

Hi @alexanderdd i can#t reproduce it or misunderstand this.

Can you provide a screenshot or screenvideo?

After selecting the image, you post it, enter some text and tap on the emoji icon?

And when you click the emoji icon, neither emoji picker nor keyboard is shown?

one thing I forgot to show in the screencast:
Previously, I accidentally clicked on the emoji picker icon from the original compose window, but then (obviously) the "upload image and add caption pop up" closes.

Ah okay, got it.
The description field for attachments does not have the emoji picker. This was not implemented yet, so i will change from bug to feature.

for devs: Before this will be done, we should think about if migrating to the new Emojipicker ( #2735 ) makes sense beforehand.

this won't be implemented as it was decided that the keyboards emojipicker should be used (also for the main chat), see #6443 and discussions in #2735
