Toggle sorting favorites first in Talk file picker

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have my Nextcloud images organized in a large folder with hundreds of favorites in it. The Nextcloud Talk file picker always shows the favorite items in a folder first, regardless of what sort order the user chooses. I have to scroll past hundreds of pictures to find a picture I took 5 minutes ago.

Describe the solution you'd like
Like the Nextcloud Files app, it would be great if Talk had a setting to toggle whether favorites are sorted before other items.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• I could select the files in the Nextcloud Files or Memories apps, but directly sharing from those apps into Talk (without downloading the files to the Android device first) is not currently supported on Android.
• In the Talk web-based picker I can start to search for the file I want to send, but this is not supported on the Android app.
• Instead of marking files as favorites, I could tag them with a string like "favorite". However, this is confusing to non-technical users.

This was fixed in the Nextcloud Files app by nextcloud/server#59028
There is a related issue with Nextcloud's file picker dialog that appears to have been closed with no fix nextcloud/server#39185
