25.0.0: Attached mp4 video does not play. Length is 00:00

Steps to reproduce

My homeassistant is sending message with camera mp4 video after motion detection. In 25.0.0 video does not play on click, black popup opened, but video have 00:00 length.
Previous version played without problems.
Nextcloud web version not affected.

Expected behaviour

Play video on click.

Actual behaviour

Video does not play. Have 00:00 length.
