Steps to reproduce

1. Send Message or
2. sudo -u www-data ./occ notification:test-push -vvv --talk myUserName

Expected behaviour

I should get a talk notification

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens, but Notifications on same Phone are working for Nextcloud App if i remove the --talk.
Deleting App and Cache from Talk and relogin doen't solve the Issue.
A phone with Samsung Android 16 Works so it seams to me that its related to the Talk App only for Huawei, other Notificaions from other Apps and Nextcloud directly are working only Talk not.

Downgrade to Nextcloud Talk v24.0.4 fixes the issues so it have to be somthing in the Android Talk app V25.0.0

Same for me with Nextcloud 32 and Talk 25.0.0 on Android 11.

I tackled it down to the App. Pushgateway is working. Message successfully delivered to Phone but silently discarded.
