Agreed on the analysis: dependencyHashes (pnpm-lock, uv.lock) and sourceHashes are part of the full-manifest hash on both the TypeScript and Python side, so a lock bump invalidates stored revisions. This is a cross-language identity change with a deployed-pod migration question, so it is out of scope for this split (which must reproduce the sleepypod#824 tree) and is tracked as sleepypod-core-125 to land as a follow-up.

@ng Thanks for the context. Deferring this change to sleepypod-core-125 preserves the required #824 snapshot tree. The follow-up needs coordinated TypeScript and Python identity changes and a migration plan for deployed pods. This finding remains open because the fix is deferred.
