- Around line 117-124: Update findCursor to account for each pull record’s
includeRaw mode: when selecting the default cursor for a RAW-enabled pull, skip
records that did not include RAW, but retain them as valid cursors for
database-only pulls. Ensure pullRecordCursorSchema exposes the mode and pass
options.includeRaw from the pull flow into findCursor.

Stacked on sleepypod#843 (
feat/analysis-export). Merge that first.Why
Pods keep about 4 weeks of RAW archives (the pruner deletes the oldest at 80% disk) and 90 days of vitals. Every night with Apple Watch data is a labelled night for tuning pod biometrics toward the Watch, and today those nights are gone after a month. This adds a long-term store off the pod: local first (laptop or NAS), with a seam for S3 later.
What
pnpm biometrics:archive pull --pod HOST[:PORT] --dest DIR [--since ISO] [--until ISO] [--no-raw]pulls sleepypod#843's read-only analysis export intoDIR/<podId>/:Retry-After). 413 halves the window down to 1 h, then fails and points to--no-raw.analysis-export-v1manifest must list exactly the received files with matching sizes and SHA-256s, the requested window, and a matching Content-Length. A corrupt, partial or refused pull leaves the store and the cursor unchanged.raw/<sha256>.RAW.gz(content-addressed, written once),archive/<name>(hard links, soanalysis/watch-deviationcan use the pod folder directly; a reused name gets a-<sha12>suffix and is recorded),biometrics.db(merged long-term DB),pulls/<timestamp>.json(manifest + counts + cursor). A lock file allows one pull per destination.archive_uq_*natural keys where the pod has none. Each table is either append (insert-or-ignore on the natural key; a changed copy goes toarchive_conflicts) or state (the newest snapshot's values win; a released dataset keeps its content). Integer ids keep the pod's id when it's free and are reassigned after a pod DB reset, withvitals_quality.vitals_idremapped. Nothing is ever deleted. A newer-than-checkout snapshot is refused; an older one still merges. The README has the full per-table rule table, and a test fails if a migration adds a table without a rule.Storeinterface (put/get/exists/list/link) withLocalStoreonly. The README covers how an S3 backend would work (the DB stays local and is synced as an object). No S3 code or dependency.Test plan
./node_modules/.bin/tsc --noEmit -p .eslint scripts/biometrics-archivevitest run scripts/biometrics-archive app/api/biometrics/analysis-export: 33 passed. The archiver tests drive feat(biometrics): read-only analysis snapshot export (DB backup + RAW window) and MCP tool sleepypod/core#843's real route handler as the HTTP endpoint, with migrated SQLite snapshots and fake RAW archives. They cover the first pull, a repeated pull (zero new rows or RAW), overlapping windows, history kept after a pod prune, a hash mismatch and a truncated download (store and cursor unchanged), 429 retry, 413 halving and its floor, 14-day chunking, lock contention and stale-lock takeover, archive name collisions, CLI validation, pod DB reset id reassignment, append conflicts, state updates and stale snapshots, older and newer schemas, and a merge rule for every table.pnpm biometrics:archive pull --pod <pod> --dest /tmp/arch, then run it again (expect zero new rows and RAW), then pointSP_BIOMETRICS_DIR=/tmp/arch/<podId>atanalysis/watch-deviation/score_live.ts🤖 Generated with Claude Code
