Needed for multi-value fields like tags: [a, b] - generic (any key), not tag-specific, so future multi-value fields don't need another parser change.
Unlike series (one per post, ordered reading sequence), a post can carry multiple tags and tag pages list posts newest-first with no reading order - so FOTag deliberately duplicates FOSeries' shape rather than sharing a superclass with it (only two taxonomy kinds exist so far; same lean-rollout call already made for the series title registry/seriesPart/per-series RSS).
FOTagOverviewBuilder is paginated like FOBlogOverviewBuilder, unlike FOSeriesOverviewBuilder's single-page assumption - a tag can accumulate many posts over a blog's lifetime, unlike a bounded series. FOPublisher now emits blog/tags/index.html plus blog/tags/<slug>/index.html(+pageN.html) per tag alongside the existing series pages, and blog-post render contexts expose hasTags/tagsHtml so posts can link to their own tags.
