I build local-first infrastructure for long-running Codex work: collaboration runtimes, bounded context navigation, durable session continuity, and practical human interfaces.
The projects below form one system rather than a collection of unrelated tools.

| Project | Role |
|---|---|
| Codex Full Stack Harness | Primary product boundary for the native Codex plugin kernel and integrated collaboration stack. |
| Codex Collaboration Harness | Public specifications, adapter contracts, examples, and benchmark evidence. |
| Deep Context Federation | Read-only federation over code graphs, evidence artifacts, operator projections, and advisory context maps. |
| Codex Session Governor | Same-ID compaction, bounded storage governance, and durable session continuity. |
| Codex Remote Voice | Private-overlay Mumble voice transport with lifecycle-safe Codex Voice activation. |
Tura is the AGPL source-lineage fork for the collaboration kernel now migrating into native Codex integration. It preserves the standalone runtime history until that migration is complete.
Codex ChatGPT Web is a working fork used for upstream contributions and integration patches. It is listed separately from the original projects above.
- Local-first operation with explicit trust boundaries.
- Fail closed when execution or effect state cannot be proven.
- Exact identities, durable receipts, and no blind retries.
- Context compression without silently increasing authority.
- Tests and readback as evidence, not substitutes for live acceptance.
Current releases, installation instructions, limitations, and licenses are documented in each repository.
