Adds a runnable Python guide, python/notte/browser-testing, for testing a web app served from a Daytona sandbox with a Notte cloud browser.

The sandbox only serves the app. Chromium runs as a managed Notte session, so the sandbox never installs or launches a browser and makes no outbound calls, which keeps it working under the Tier 1/2 network policy.

• The sandbox (daytona-small snapshot) serves a small to-do app on port 3000 and exposes it with create_signed_preview_url, so the remote browser needs no auth header.
• Notte sessions send X-Daytona-Skip-Preview-Warning: true, so the browser lands on the app instead of the preview warning page.
• Playwright over CDP (session.page from the Notte SDK) reads the to-do list and saves a screenshot.
• Notte CLI commands (sessions start, page goto, page fill, page click, page scrape) add a to-do and confirm the page shows it.
• Both browser sessions stop and the sandbox is deleted.

Also adds a row to the Python guides table in the root README.

Dependencies: daytona>=0.220.0,<1.0.0, notte-sdk[playwright]>=1.9.3, python-dotenv, plus the Notte CLI (curl -fsSL https://notte.cc/install-cli.sh | sh).
