Follow-up to #1350 (review thread).

When a date grid handles clicks on the table itself (a delegated onclick), the table is offered first. Its day cells pass isInteractiveElement, but handleHighlighting dropped them because isElementDistinctInteraction did not count grid cells. You could click the table but not pick a day.

The grid-cell check from #1350 is now isGridCellControl. isInteractiveElement and isElementDistinctInteraction both use it.
