Remove packages/nself_flutter_sdk and its publish step in scripts/sdk-publish.sh, the pub.dev line in bundle-smoke.sh and release-runbook.md, and a stale Deprecated line in announce.sh. Clients use the TypeScript SDK (@nself/sdk-ts). The published pub.dev package is not touched.

Removes packages/nself_flutter_sdk (19 files) and every reference to it: the Flutter step in scripts/sdk-publish.sh, the pub.dev line in scripts/bundle-smoke.sh and scripts/release-runbook.md, and the stale 'Deprecated' release-note line about the cancelled TV product in scripts/announce.sh.
Flutter is eliminated for new surfaces; clients use the TypeScript SDK. No workflow, pnpm workspace, CODEOWNERS or mobile-flutter-archive/ reference pointed at the package, so nothing else changed. mobile-flutter-archive/ is untouched.
The published pub.dev package (if any) is not touched, unpublished or version-bumped by this change.
Verification: bash -n on the three scripts passes; the org truth-sweep engine (plugins scripts/drill/truth-sweep/run, pointed at this branch) reports 0 findings, versus 26 on an older main checkout.
