Reason for update

Upstream anistark/ani-skills is at 0.6.1, the registry entry still said 0.6.0. Bumps plugins/ani-skills.json to match the version in the plugin's own .claude-plugin/plugin.json.

No other metadata changed: description, source, author, category, and tags are the same as before. marketplace.json is left for the build workflow to regenerate on merge.
