Add SameDayDesk merchant

Adds SameDayDesk as a Tier 1 self-registered agent-services merchant.

The record is intentionally conservative:

• USDC on Base is the qualifying rail;
• health and last_verified_at remain unknown/null pending independent review;
• op_trust_tier is 1 and no Observer Protocol attestation is claimed;
• live machine surfaces are the remote MCP endpoint and OpenAPI document;
• the description and price range come from the current public skill contract, which lists 22 paid actions from 0.002 to 0.25 USDC;
• an unpaid request to /extract returns both the x402 PAYMENT-REQUIRED and native MPP WWW-Authenticate: Payment challenges.
