architecture: nine live marks that nothing computes lose their state and keep their labels - #122

…e and keep their labels Ruled 2026-08-24. The Layer by Layer grid carried nine layer items reading "... · live" in green, on a page with no script, since the April 2026 rebuild (9a6406d); they are not the three live-badge spans section 2e records, which ba2522e added and b240f90 removed the same day. No results/ field, marker or check covers any of the nine. Measured by hand today: the org DID document serves 200 and byte-identical to the tree, and the agent DID did:web:observerprotocol.org:agents:maxi-0001 resolves 200 through the API proxy; the other seven were not measured and "Universal resolver" names nothing this estate defines. A mark that is true today and computes nothing is the same defect with a correct value, so the state is removed from all nine and the labels stay. The rails paragraph carried the same claim in prose ("Four payment rails are live today") and now points at the homepage register, which is measured. The unused .layer-item.live rule is removed. A dated SOURCE comment records the measurement and the rule that a state returns only inside a re-derived marker.

Ruled 2026-08-24, same treatment as the nine. A relative state that decays without anything having changed, from the same April rebuild, computed by nothing. State removed, labels kept, the unused .layer-item.new rule removed, and the SOURCE comment extended. The grid carried six such marks, not seven: the seventh counted in the report was a second reading of the same grid.
… in words the stem check does not catch Ruled 2026-08-24. The paragraph said VACs attest to verified facts: economic activity, payment history, counterparty network. That is the reputation and verified-transactions model ruled off this site on 9 August 2026, in words that trip no $forbidden stem, and it survived every green build since. It now states what the layer holds (the schemas, the engine, the signed objects this site publishes verifiers for, pinned by the verifiable-set key), that a credential states authority granted rather than behaviour observed, and that this paragraph carried the retired model until today. Dated.

For Boyd: structural (a status state removed from the technical-reference page, CSS, a prose sentence). Not self-merged.
Established first. The nine
layer-item livemarks entered in the April 2026 rebuild (9a6406d) and are not §2e's three: those werelive-badgespans added in ba2522e and removed the same day in b240f90. Nothing computes any of the nine: the page has no script, and noresults/field,data-measuredordata-derived-claimcovers them. Measured today: org DID document 200 and byte-identical to.well-known/did.json; agent DID…:agents:maxi-0001resolves 200 through the API proxy. Not measured: Universal resolver (names nothing defined here), the four rails, VAC issuance, W3C DID resolver.Acted. None can be wired today, because no instrument exists to wire to; the two measurable ones would need a
results/did-resolution.jsonre-derived by check-measured-figures the way hosted-verifier is, which is a build and is offered as the next PR rather than folded in here. So: state removed from all nine, labels kept,.layer-item.liveremoved, and the rails paragraph's prose form of the same claim ("Four payment rails are live today", which also contradicted the §08 register's published engines) now points at the register. A dated SOURCE comment records the measurement and the rule.Adjacent, reported not touched: seven
· newmarks in the same grid (a relative state nothing computes, dating from April); and Layer 03's paragraph says VACs "attest to verified facts: economic activity, payment history, counterparty network", the retired predicate family in different words, passing$forbiddenbecause it uses none of the stems.Local: check-shared-copy, check-measured-figures, check-outbound-links, sync-engine-version: 0.
