Overlay not visible with certain shaders

It seems the mod has problems with certain shaders, where no overlay is visible. I'm not really sure if it's the mod itself or the shader.

For Example with SEUS 1.0.0:

Strangely the overlay is only visible on blocks higher then the level I'm standing on. Every block above shows the numbers.

With Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v1.166 Extreme the overlay is not visible at all

I have the same issue, using Sildurs 1.63 Extreme-Volumetric Lighting.

I have the same issue with SEUS 1.0.0. The overlay only appears on higher elevations

The only shaders that seem to be fully compatible with the mod is the KUDA Legacy shaders.

Few months later but I'm having the same issue, funny thing is it worked yesterday but now I'm getting the same issue as in the screenshot. I didn't do any config changes or anything. SEUS 1.0.1

Edit: I just noticed that with Botania Flag "Enable Shader Usage" set to "True", the mod works fine, but with the option set to "False", you get all of the glitchiness.
