花园已经是中文双链笔记，首页和导览都是中文。About 还是英文占位，也不链到 🍀 花园导览。导航里没有 About。

Suggested change

把 /about 改成中文说明：这是 oldwinter 的公开数字花园，并给回首页和 🍀 花园导览的路。不要改笔记正文。
