已经搞明白了，旧版本的更新没有生效，点击检查更新，本地仍然是旧的，重新安装后就好了

桌面端是随机端口，DSH Desktop 用
--port 0启动 Host，本地 Web 端口每次启动都由系统重新分配，而扩展只探 3080/3081/3090/14389/43189 这组固定端口，所以除了手填地址基本探不到这个问题已经在 PR #121 的最新提交里修掉（尚未发版）：桥接插件会在固定的回环端口上通告真实地址，扩展打开面板时自动探测一次，找不到就显示「未找到服务」而不是反复重试；设置页还提供「自动检测」，可列出本机所有实例并点选填入地址。
