Regenerate the vendored catalog snapshot from the live omni-api catalog after Herald's tier restructure: free 10k -> 3k (100/day), starter 100k/$20 -> 50k/$18, pro -> growth (250k/$149) + new scale (1.5M/$499), enterprise unchanged. Auto-generated via `bun run catalog:generate` (DO NOT hand-edit). Herald pricing is not currently rendered in docs, but this keeps the snapshot in sync with the SSOT.
