Add private mapping operations for noncreating status/check, staged configure, exact pending phases, proved-unused correction or cancellation, and conservative recovery under the existing operation lock. Preserve accepted reservations, retained storage and installation authority through retries and crash boundaries. Resolve the selected blueprint and override once. Keep mapped execution and real storage effect owners in their later slices; do not grant admission or release retained IDs. Validation: complete local Go, Python/package, Docker CLI smoke, release and docs checks passed against the exact final snapshot. Focused mapping and race checks passed.
