During the workshop, we proved some lemmas about pointwise operations that have since been added upstream with very similar proofs. This PR weakens
RingtoSemiringand, where possible,AddCommGrouptoAddCommMonoid. It also propagates these weaker assumptions to lemmas using those pointwise operations. Most proofs are unchanged and only have their assumptions weakened.
