The theme registers itself and its message catalogs through the `sphinx.html_themes` entry point, so its catalogs are found: `get_html_theme_path()` returns site-packages, where they were never installed, and every theme string fell back to English. Rebuilds the live documentation against the current theme, without taking
0.9-dev's content changes.Replaces #527, which merged the whole of
0.9-devand so would also have shippedexample.json: Fix logical error in lifecyle costandUpdate changelog.md. These are the same six commits, cherry-picked with-x; the resulting tree differs from0.9-devonly in those two files.This is a merge of build changes, not a rebuild.
