Settings modal: Platform Settings — Theme, Profiler Configuration, Data Quality #34868

Summary
Continue moving Settings → Preferences into the AI-mode settings modal (Platform Settings).
Scope
- Theme: logo, favicon and colour palette configuration.
- Profiler Configuration: metric configuration per data type, sample data settings and Spark configuration.
- Data Quality settings.
Each page is a read-only view plus an Edit form that keeps the legacy fields, validation and save behaviour. Built only with @openmetadata/ui-core-components (HookForm for forms); no antd and no Less.
Acceptance criteria
- Every listed legacy page is reachable from the modal with the same behaviour.
- Unit and Playwright tests for the new pages.
