Settings modal: Platform Settings — Search settings (global + per-entity) #34870

Summary
Move Settings → Preferences → Search into the AI-mode settings modal (Platform Settings).
Scope
- Global search settings: roles & policies toggle, max aggregate size, max result hits, max analyzed offset.
- Hybrid search weights, term boosts and field value boosts.
- The per-entity search settings pages (tables, dashboards, pipelines, topics and the other searchable entities), driven by a single shared component keyed by entity type.
Built only with @openmetadata/ui-core-components (HookForm for forms); no antd and no Less. Legacy behaviour is kept.
Acceptance criteria
- Global and every per-entity search settings page are reachable from the modal with the same behaviour.
- Unit and Playwright tests for the new pages.
