Remove antd from classic-mode Observability #35189

Classic-mode Observability still renders antd components: alert list, details and form, source/rule/FQN controls, destinations, test-case and quality filters, suite owners, the pipeline parameter form, custom metrics, the incident SQL modal and the profiler settings and configuration pages.

Migrate them to @openmetadata/ui-core-components in place, with no behaviour change. Follows the AI-mode work in #34936.
