Add RustPlanetX 0.4.2: the PlanetX 3D globe linked with the RustGIS map - #47
What it does: Opens the PlanetX 3D globe in its own window, linked with the RustGIS map. The project's layers go to the globe in their RustGIS colours, rasters and tile layers in their RustGIS look. The globe follows the map and the map follows the globe, a feature clicked on the globe is selected in RustGIS, and a globe layer goes to the project. The globe is the PlanetX Lite program (Apache 2.0) built for this plugin. The link uses the MCP relay, so it needs the MCP Relay command or Let your Agents Control RustGIS.
How I tested it: RustGIS 0.5.0 desktop on Windows: the globe opened from the ribbon, vector and raster layers and a tile layer on the globe, flight to a layer, the map following the globe and back. The release workflow builds the package on windows-latest and runs the registry checks on it. Windows only for now: the run entry has only windows.
The entry's source.url is a release asset of the plugin's repository, and sha256 is that file's.
The plugin asks only for the permissions it uses: none, it is a process plugin and talks to RustGIS through the MCP relay.
