Vector v0.57.0 introduces template confinement which rejects sink routing templates
with no literal prefix. Add dangerously_allow_unconfined_template_resolution=true to
all 7 affected sinks (S3, Kafka, Elasticsearch, CloudWatch, Splunk, Loki, GCL) and
LokiStack to restore pre-0.57 behavior. Fixes TOML field ordering issue by placing
the bool field before table-producing fields in struct definitions.
