NO-JIRA: fix: remove CustomNoUpgrade HyperShift CRDs during API generation - #10136
This PR updates the make hypershift-api target to remove *-CustomNoUpgrade.crd.yaml CRD manifests from the install assets, runs make api to regenerate the CRDs (and thus removing CustomNoUpgrade CRDs), and removes any tests that rely on the CustomNoUpgrade feature set.
These integration tests were effectively useless for HyperShift and only resulted in CI issues.

verify-crd-schema would stop checking every feature-gated CRD.skipFeatureGateVariant (hack/tools/crd-schema-check/main.go:308) skips -Default and -TechPreviewNoUpgrade and checks only CustomNoUpgrade. Once those files are gone, HostedCluster, HostedControlPlane, NodePool, HCPEtcdBackup and GCPPrivateServiceConnect get no breaking-change checks at all. Please remove the skip so that Default and TechPreviewNoUpgrade are each checked against their own base file, and update main_test.go to match. These are the variants we actually install. Field removals are already warn-only in crdify-config.yaml, so the original false-positive concern no longer applies.
