What are you trying to accomplish?
Migrate Jira (native field) labels to OpenProject (native field) labels
What approach did you choose and why?
To not create race conditions, all labels are created in a single job. The work package creation job uses those new labels but does not create them.
On reverting an import run, labels will be removed, except those which are used in the meantime outside the import run.
