Adds an app-info-plist input, passed to create-app.sh as --app-info-plist (ossia/score#2354).

On macOS, the file's entries are merged over ossia score's Info.plist. This lets an app word its own usage descriptions, e.g. LivePose's NSCameraUsageDescription instead of score's generic one, or add keys such as LSApplicationCategoryType. Its LSEnvironment variables are added to those from app-environment. create-app-macos.sh refuses keys that describe the score binary or that other inputs already set (name, identifier, version, icon), and refuses emptying a usage description.

The input is optional and ignored on other platforms. It needs a score that has #2354, so leave it empty until then: an older create-app.sh prints "Unknown option" and its help, then exits with status 0 without packaging anything.

Not run in CI yet: the packaging itself was tested by calling create-app.sh --app-info-plist directly on macOS 26.4.1 (details in ossia/score#2354).

New input app-info-plist, given to create-app.sh as --app-info-plist: on macOS
its entries are merged over ossia score's, e.g. a camera usage description
worded for the app.
