token_request: walk the quantification points without allocating - #962

for_each_quantification_date() calls a function with every point of the tick, in the order get_quantification_dates() lists them, which is now built on it. A node can walk the grid on the audio thread without the small_vector spilling to the heap past 8 points; walking forward no longer collects the bar segments either. for_each_quantification_date(rate, f)callsfwith every quantification point of the tick, in the same orderget_quantification_dates()lists them.get_quantification_dates()is now built on it.A node can walk the grid on the audio thread without the
small_vector<8>spilling to the heap past 8 points. Walking forward also no longer collects the bar segments into a list. Rewinding still collects them, since it walks them in reverse.score's pattern sequencer uses this to walk its grid without allocating (ossia/score PR to follow).
