- Emulator cores (melonDS, DeSmuME, Azahar, PPSSPP, ParaLLEl N64, Play!) are used under their own licenses, see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and DuoDS/Resources/Licenses/.
- Our modifications to upstream cores are in ThirdParty/ (patches + upstream commit manifest).
- Game Duo name, logo and 3D case artwork are not licensed for reuse as a brand.
- No games or BIOS files are included.
