My name is Joe and I'm currently a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Climatiq.
I'm based in Berlin with a love for strongly typed language and monads. Right now, I'm focused on enabling organizations to fight climate change with data insights at Climatiq. I love well-structured and maintainable architectures and I strongly believe in software with a great UX.
Started out doing a lot of Ruby on Rails, but switched to building scalable full stack solutions using NestJS & React/Next.js. I've seen a lot of different applications working at a web agency – from online banking solutions to tourism promotion platforms to contactless payment at gas stations.
Since then, I've dipped into social media content creation tools, maintained a SaaS platform for e-commerce marketing & end-customer communication via messaging services and created a conversational workflow engine.
