兼容 isTinyScreen 与 isFlipTinyScreen 两种旧版接口。
使用 DexKit 动态查找新版 SystemUI 中的 isTinyScreen 和 updateMiniWindowBar 方法。
在通知菜单创建、小窗操作栏更新及通知 Modal 界面显示期间临时取消外屏限制，使通知长按操作按钮能够正常显示。
兼容新版控制中心插件缺少 mComponentName 字段的情况。
通过插件 ClassLoader 检测控制中心类型，恢复外屏控制中心样式修改。
保留旧版基于组件名称的识别逻辑，实现新旧 HyperOS 双版本兼容。
