- Owner/scope: this repository owns passioncode.ai, its public product descriptions, download routing and shared web design reference. It does not own native release acceptance.
- Truth: shipped HTML and
releases/current.json(written fromreleases/products.json;switchboard/release.jsondrives Switchboard's release-bound sections); brand facts point to public release receipts and identity sources. UX describes the public visitor paths. - Propagation: content/navigation → HTML, the catalogs of every other language (
npm run locales -- --missing, thennpm run locales; languages), brand projections/facts/actions, UX scenarios/flows/screens, sitemap, build allowlist where routes change, README and task handoff. Immutable launch receipts describe their own release and are preserved; a newer receipt never silently rewrites them. - Checks:
npm run check, npm run build,python3 scripts/extract-public-copy.py --check;npm run checkincludes the display-copy tests/gate and projection freshness. UX and brand lint use installed super-ux scripts recorded in the task evidence. Browser checks are recorded separately from static checks and native application acceptance.
Local task status: backlog, collected through manifest.
Entry: HANDOFF; current task onboarding, commercial intake, always-current versions.
Versions: never edit a version by hand — releases/products.json is the policy, npm run releases:sync writes the sources (DEPLOYMENT). A new page is added to scripts/pages.mjs (and NOINDEX if it is kept out of search); npm run locales writes its other languages and sitemap.xml. Translated pages under /<code>/, assets/i18n.js, worker/i18n.js, sitemap.xml and the Languages section of llms.txt are generated — never edited by hand.
