A toolkit for AI-native teams. From vibe coding to passion coding.
Public home: passioncode.ai. PassionCode.ai is the organization; Fabric is its product, and Fabric's tools carry its name. Available now: Fabric Switchboard, a local account workbench for Claude Code, Codex and other coding agents (0.6.16, macOS and Windows); Project Observatory, a local dashboard for the projects your agents work on (0.22.0, macOS, Windows and Linux); and Fabric Dashboards, one window for the agent services on your computer (0.7.1, macOS, Windows and Linux). Fabric, the home for your projects and their agents, is an early preview (0.3.4, macOS), and Fabric Inbox, its mail tool, a development preview (0.15.0, macOS, Windows and Linux). All five are open source under AGPL-3.0; a commercial license is available. People remain accountable. The live versions are on the site, written from releases/current.json; the numbers here were read on 2026-10-11.
- Homepage: the hero, two doors (for you, for your organization), the growth path, product chooser with each tool's role in the family, launcher/Adapter setup and source-build projects.
- Vision: agent sprawl with sources, the harness, principles, the path in six labelled stages, today and direction, trust.
- Get started: five steps from the launcher to the second agent in the same family, and contributing.
- For organizations: bringing an organization into AI, PassionCode for Enterprise at offer level, the estimate, and the request: a prompt for the visitor's coding agent (plain text) or a three-field form.
- Project Observatory: local project dashboard, setup, the Mac app and the Windows and Linux app, and source.
- Fabric: the home for your projects and their agents, early preview, requirements and macOS download.
- Fabric Dashboards: service dashboard, what the 0.6 releases added, the current DMG, the Windows and Linux builds, requirements, checksum and MCP setup.
- Fabric Inbox: desktop mail client in development preview, macOS download, the Windows and Linux builds, and agent connection.
- Switchboard: product, platform downloads, limits and installation.
- Design system: canonical dark/gold tokens and product marks. Switchboard vendors a commit-pinned copy.
- Launch handoff: source owners, checks, publication and next work.
The HTML is complete without client-side JavaScript. Cloudflare Workers serves an explicit static asset allowlist and stable OS download redirects (/switchboard/download/<os>, /fabric/download/macos, /inbox/download/macos, each from its product's release.json). Release manifest selects a verified public release, including an intentional prerelease; it does not assume GitHub's latest stable release is the newest beta.
Requires Node.js and Python 3 (stdlib only for editorial checks). npm run check
includes display punctuation and generated-copy freshness; its source parser
retains heading roles. See the regression task.
npm ci
npm run check
npm run preview -- --port 4173Use the Worker preview to exercise download redirects. A plain static server only previews the HTML. Deployment from reviewed main uses npm run deploy; see deployment contract.
- Install: nothing to install — the product is the live site, https://passioncode.ai/.
For work:
npm ci, thennpm run checkandnpm run build. - Configure: no key for preview or checks. Only a deploy needs a Cloudflare login to the
organization's account (
npx wrangler login, or a scoped API token inCLOUDFLARE_API_TOKENissued by the operator) and the account id inCLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID(deployment);npx wrangler deploy --dry-run --outdir <dir>bundles without one. - MCP: none; the site neither serves nor calls MCP.
- Develop:
npm run preview -- --port 4173serves the Worker locally. Pages areindex.htmland one directory per product, the Worker isworker/; docs/DOCMAP.md says what each change must also update, and AGENTS.md holds the rules.
The passion-fruit identity remains locked in brand. npm run check verifies those bytes. The new shared design system adds reusable semantic tokens and the yellow S mark without replacing the parent brand.
Open source under the GNU AGPL-3.0. A commercial license is available for use that does not meet the AGPL's terms — tell us about your use at passioncode.ai/business or write to commercial@passioncode.ai.
Local tasks remain canonical here. Source manifest feeds the workspace aggregate; see agent rules.
