Then it falls apart. The wrong account. It forgets what it learned. And nobody can say what it changed. PassionCode.ai is the agent-agnostic operating system for AI-native teams: a workplace where agents do the work, and you see all of it. It runs on your machines, as open source, with the agents and subscriptions you already have. Their work leaves a record you can open. For you, one command sets up Fabric, the tools around it and the skills, and your coding agent can run it for you. Fabric, in preview, is the home for your projects and their agents. Your coding agent shows its plan before it changes anything. Each tool works with Fabric, and on its own. Switchboard: each agent on the account it should, limits in view. Dashboards: state, spend and control, in one window. Observatory: what changed, with the evidence. Inbox, in preview: mail your agents answer only within your rules. Agents connected to Fabric share one project’s board, memory and hand-offs, so one picks up where another stopped. For an organization, we bring agents onto your machines, connect them, and show what each one cost and what it delivered. Agents are easy to start and hard to keep. We are building what holds them together.
</details>

<details>
Is PassionCode.ai free?

Yes. Every tool is open source under the GNU AGPL-3.0: you can download, use, study and change it at no cost. A commercial license is available when you ship it inside a closed product or run a modified hosted service without publishing its source.
</details>
<details>
Which agents does it work with?

It is agent-agnostic. Claude Code, Codex, Kilo Code, Hermes Agent and Kimi Code connect to Fabric today, Cline runs inside it, and more are planned: the full list, by level.
</details>

ABOUT

How we got here

I’m Sergey Sheleg, co-founder and CPO of Nicegram, the alternative Telegram client with more than 57 million installs, and co-founder of eSIM Plus. Before that I led Android and growth product at Ultimate Guitar, whose apps reach more than 350 million people. I work across product, growth, marketing, AI and blockchain.

My co-founder at PassionCode is Serge Khurs, co-founder and CTO of Teslasuit, a full-body suit with haptics, muscle stimulation, sensors and motion tracking for healthcare, training, industry and defense. Today he advises large international digital companies as an engineer in AI and backend systems.

We both run teams, and we both started the same way: setting up our own workplaces for agents. We experimented, worked out how a workplace should be arranged, and kept tuning our own internal processes, bringing years of technical and product experience to it.

Over time it became a setup for an AI-native agent team: how the workplace looks, how a system of agents is built, and how it fits into an organization. We packaged it as software so it works the same way every time. It runs our own work today.

Then we saw it would help far more people than the two of us: anyone who works with AI agents, in development, marketing, finance, advertising or any routine that can be automated. The software adapts to the work, so we made it open source. Install it, adapt your workplace, make it agentic, and use Claude Code the way it is meant to be used.

In our teams we kept seeing the same problem. People hand part of a task to a chat and pass the result back to a person, and the process stays the same. The process is what has to change.

That is what we do for organizations. If you want agents to take over routine work in real business processes, we connect PassionCode to your systems and help you bring in custom agents that run those processes. Tell us about your processes →

It is open source under the GNU AGPL-3.0 and free for personal use; a commercial license covers what the AGPL does not.
Follow on X ↗
Sergey Sheleg · co-founder, PassionCode

For investors

PassionCode.ai is open source under the GNU AGPL-3.0 and free for personal use.
