Re-pins fabric-agent-adapter from v0.32.0 to v0.32.1: the building-fabric-services lifecycle reference is now the rule its public readers follow (release iteration 1, N-12). 0.2.3 (N-11) was never published on its own; 0.2.4 carries it.
