Add pricing entries for `meta/muse-spark-1.3`, `meta/muse-spark-1.3-contributor`, and other models synced in 1.44.0. Regenerate test fixtures and update pricing test assertions.

Thanks for the broader refresh and tests. Superseded by merged #98 (capabilities 1.54.0) and #93 (reviewed pricing and regression coverage), both with green CI. Astra-specific pricing was reviewed but deferred because the live Provider API still omits that ID; we retain exact pricing coverage of discoverable models rather than adding a fixture exception. Also, the current official Astra long-context cache-write rate is $25/M, not the proposed $12.50/M. See the consolidation comment in #93 for the full decision. All other overlapping model/pricing additions are integrated. |
